What is a development period?

Our engineers need time to implement automation scripts. We call this a development period. Following your subscription, we will get in touch with you to get test cases from you. When test case list is completed, our engineers will need some time to automatize those test cases. Development period is completely free and will be managed by us.

What type of test reports do you share?

We share executive reports which explain test execution results briefly. We also share detailed test result report where you can see pass / failed test cases including screen shots of each steps.

We are working behind a corporate firewall. How can you reach to our environments?

We are working remotely. We expect you to provide access (such as VPN) to your environments so we can work on it.

How long is my guarantee period?

Two months. If you are not satisfied with our services, in two months we will refund all the payments.

How can we be sure that test execution is as we expected?

We will send you screen shots of each execution steps. You can also check your logs.

Which types of mobile devices do you have?

We have thousand different IOS and Android devices available. If your mobile app tests need to be run on many devices, you are on the right place.

I just subscribed, when should I expect the first test execution reports?

After development period is completed, we will immediately start to share execution reports.

When does payment period start?

Payment period will start when we start test execution. After your subscription, we will need some time to get in touch with you to get test cases and automatize them, we call this period as a development period. This preparation period is free. Payment period starts when development period finishes and test execution period starts.

How secure is my payment?

No card information is saved in our servers. We use third party payment systems that is PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept bank transfers. Contact us for any questions.

Can I cancel, upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes. Keep in mind that upgrades will take place immediately, downgrades and cancellations will take place when your subscription period ended. For instance, if you have paid for an annual subscription and want to cancel it, it will still be active until the end of those 12 months, but will not be renewed. Please note, all subscriptions are auto-renewed unless explicitly cancelled. Some of the options may not be available online, contact us if you need further assistance.

Do you have any expanded subscription plans?

Yes, If you need more test cases, execution on more mobile devices, CI/CD pipeline integration and any other custom requirements contact us.

Can I get invoices for my payments?

Invoices are sent with every successful payment via email to the registered email address. Please contact us for bank transfers.
